Chris and Ulrike’s elopement at Hotel Endsleigh

Back when I was photographing bigger weddings I was fortunate enough to have quite a few at Hotel Endsleigh near Tavistock. These weddings were particularly special to me as I have a fasciation with the hotel and feel quite enchanted by it. It sits high above the Tamar river and not only is the building beautiful from every viewpoint but also the gardens that surround it are magical too.

Chris and Ulrike chose Hotel Ensdleigh after drawing up an impressive spreadsheet of all the venues you could elope at in the UK! As soon as they alighted on Hotel Ensdleigh they knew it was perfect for them. We had a lovely couple of hours together, wandering the grounds and enjoying all the bold spring colour as a backdrop to the photos, gently chatting about yoga and gardening.
