Increasingly popular are weddings held on a farm. Here in Devon we have many areas of countryside that have the AONB status which means an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This status means the area has been designated for conservation. Farms that sit within an AONB make for the perfect backdrop for a wedding not only for their breathtaking views but also access to plenty of land to put up a huge marquee or ever popular Tipi Tent. With no concerns about parking or restrictions on numbers, a Farm Wedding can be tailored exactly to your wishes allowing for a very relaxed day. Sometimes guests can choose to camp in a field on site so that they can party into the small hours. A lot of couples want to use as much local produce for the wedding meal as possible and a farm wedding means that you can source meat direct from the farm with some farm venues having there own catering team. For the wedding photographer farm weddings are usually great fun as they attract a more down to earth cliental.
